2013 Boston Common Tree Lighting (Boston Common)

The 72nd annual Boston Common tree lighting includes the traditional holiday tree donated by Halifax, Nova Scotia, every year, in recognition of the emergency aid Boston sent to Halifax when the city was devastated by a massive explosion in December 1917.
