From the Boston Redevelopment Authority's official notice for the event:

"The Proponent proposes the development of the site at 59-63 Temple Place and 501-507 Washington Street (the Project) located in the Downtown Crossing neighborhood of Boston. The Project will consist of the rehabilitation of two buildings and the change of uses from office and retail to a boutique hotel with ground floor retail and restaurant space along both Washington Street and Temple Place."
