"Building Up Downtown Crossing" (Paramount Center)

After many delays and false starts, Downtown Crossing is poised to be transformed into a 24/7 mixed-use neighborhood. Construction of new residential towers and the opening of several unique retail concepts are now underway along Washington Street. While new ownership is breathing life into the Filene's development, the city's Business Improvement District is taking initiatives to enhance the overall image and experience of the area.
