Mary Ann Esposito, prolific cookbook author, culinary teacher, and host of America’s longest-running cooking show Ciao Italia, will lead this hands-on class in which students will prepare an array of dishes from across Northern Italy. Recipes will include fazoletti di formaggio, fig and balsamic glazed pork, and dried plum and balsamic vinegar tart. After working with Mary Ann in the kitchen to prepare the recipes, students will sit down to table to enjoy the fruits of their labor along with wine pairings selected by Guy Esposito, Mary Ann’s husband and a wine educator with accreditation from the United States Sommelier Association.
