Express Truffle Rolling Workshop with Taza Chocolate

Valentine's Day is fast approaching! This year give your SO something both handmade and chocolate. Nothing says "I love you" like hand-rolled truffles made with only the finest organic, sustainably-sourced, and stone-ground chocolate mixed with farm-fresh cream and topped with sweet & crunchy toppings.
Using Taza Chocolate's ganache recipe that was chilled overnight, you'll roll decadent dark chocolate truffles by hand and dip and roll them in five different toppings. Each attendee will make 12 truffles to take home in a cute box with a red ribbon. Truffles stay fresh in the fridge for up to two weeks (plenty of time for Valentine's Day).
