Meditation doesn't have to be difficult or a struggle to quiet your mind. Loving-Kindness Meditation uses a series of simple phrases to create love, kindness, joy and compassion towards yourself and the world around you. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of Loving-Kindness Meditation: what it is and how to practice it. No prior meditation experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing. After this workshop, you will have the tools to begin your own daily meditation practice.
