Making Molds

Molds & Melts is a two-part workshop series that introduces mold creation and applies it to making the tastiest of things: chocolate! Making Molds, the first workshop, teaches how to make molds, which can be used to cast things like plaster, plastic, and... chocolate! This session is led by fab guru Jean-Michel Molenaar, who will teach you how to design and prepare a mold and will cover critical knowledge for anyone embarking on a making a mold for diverse purposes.
