Managing a Career Transition Sessions 1 and 2

Session One: (attending Session One is a prerequisite for attending Session Two). An overview of the career transition process and work on some self-assessment exercises will take place. They’ll help analyze your transferable skills, clarify workplace values, and identify the areas in past work and non-work activity that have been particularly satisfying.

Session Two: (attending Session One is a prerequisite for attending Session Two) After reviewing the homework assigned in Session one, there will be brainstorming ideas for possible career directions, and develop plans to explore and evaluate those options. You’ll leave with an action plan that includes concrete steps to help accelerate your career transition process.
