Shower Singing in Public!

The Boston Center for Adult Education challenges its students to utilize their vocal skills beyond the confines of their homes during one of the BCAE’s top spring pick classes, Shower Singing in Public! on Saturday, April 8th 2017.

Deborah Gruber, teacher at the BCAE for 17 years, will lead the session with singing techniques used by professionals combined with exercises to strengthen resonance, breathing, posture, relaxation, and articulation.

From 9:30AM – 12:30PM, participate in fun singing exercises composed of technique training and singing favorite show tunes and popular songs. The fun doesn’t end when the class is over; each student will receive a detailed booklet of exercises and a sixty-minute practice CD for follow up home study, making this the perfect class for those interested in exercising their voices without having to commit to multiple in-class practices. In addition to Deborah’s years- long experience teaching with the BCAE, she taught private piano lessons for over a decade and has performed live with her award-winning a cappella jazz group, The Wicked Pitches, and performed multiple times with the Tanglewood Festival Chorus.

Don’t miss this chance to improve and push singing abilities to the limit. To register or for more information, please visit www.bcae.org or call 617-267-4430.
