SoWa Winter Festival

 SoWa First Friday is the opening event on Friday December 1 from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. You will be invited to visit the studios of more than 80 local artists who create exquisite, one-of-a-kind gifts to thrill everyone on your holiday shopping list. On Saturday December 2 from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Sunday December 3 from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, you can stroll through the SoWa Power Station at 540 Harrison Avenue and find the biggest winter shopping village in Boston, featuring more than 100 specialty food vendors and unique handmade gifts. Find your perfect Christmas tree at the Stow Greenhouses onsite shop. Along the way you can sip on winter spirits by Banyan Bar + Refuge --- proceeds will be donated to support our neighbors at Haley House.  On Thayer Street at 450 Harrison Avenue, the winter wonderland continues in a heated tent that will feature live holiday music, a flower crown station, mulled wine, hot chocolate and raclette cheese specialties. Right outside, you’ll find yummy snacks at the food trucks and live ice sculpting from 12:00 noon - 2:30 PM. The SoWa Winter Festival is family friendly and FREE to attend! Plenty of parking is available. MBTA orange line to New England Medical Center, then silver line to Union Park St. or East Berkeley St. Hubway bikes at Troy/Boston 275 Albany St., Ink Block at Harrison Ave. & herald St. and Washington St. at Waltham St.
