On Saturday, July 29th, 2017 from 1:00PM – 3:00PM, join BCAE’s wine and cheese connoisseur Adam Centamore in Sicily and take a culinary tour of the Sicilian food and wine options. Students will learn about the food culture, history and production methods that create the incredible tasting food that explodes with flavor from around the volcanic island.
Then, on Friday, August 4th, 2017 from 7:00PM – 9:00PM, travel to Valencia, Spain with BCAE’s native Spaniard, Luid de Haro, to go beyond traditional Paella dishes and immerse the mind and taste buds through delicious regional flavors and cultural history.
