Taste the World with The BCAE

Join the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) and explore the bold flavors of Spain and Sicily with Tasting Journey of Sicily: Volcanic Wine & Food and Tasting Journey of Valencia, Spain: The Land of Rice & Oranges. This summer on July 29th, 2017, and August 4th, 2017, experience the rich food and history of these romantic destinations without leaving Boston.

On Saturday, July 29th, 2017 from 1:00PM – 3:00PM, join BCAE’s wine and cheese connoisseur Adam Centamore in Sicily and take a culinary tour of the Sicilian food and wine options. Students will learn about the food culture, history and production methods that create the incredible tasting food that explodes with flavor from around the volcanic island.

Then, on Friday, August 4th, 2017 from 7:00PM – 9:00PM, travel to Valencia, Spain with BCAE’s native Spaniard, Luid de Haro, to go beyond traditional Paella dishes and immerse the mind and taste buds through delicious regional flavors and cultural history. Discover the best of locally grown grapes with wine paired with authentic Spanish dishes from the gorgeous Valencia region. Join BCAE in this explosive class this summer!
