Sa Pa Vietnamese Kitchen
Serving Up A Diverse Array Of Tantalizing Vietnamese Fare, Sa Pa Is A Unique Lunchspot In Downtown Crossing
When owner Ky Nguyen started thinking about his new restaurant he decided to get personal- to share what he loves and what he knows. His mission was to make fresh, vibrant, flavorful, fun, healthy Vietnamese-inspired food. Logically, he turned to Chef Dana Love for guidance with writing new and exciting recipes.
Thinking of everyone and anyone who might walk through SA PA’s doors, Chef Love and Ky created a menu with huge variety: something for meat lovers, vegetarians, gluten frees, carb addicts, people who love Vietnamese food and the unaquainted.
Everything is cooked fresh in-house- the pho broth simmers for 24 hours, the salmon is cured in rich spices and sake for 72 hours, the pickles brined for the perfect balance between tangy, spicy, sweet and when you take your first bite you’ll know! Every dish is a thoughtful layering of flavors that dance together creating explosive new versions of classic dishes like pho, banh mi and bun!
SA PA strives to be a positive force in the Downtown Crossing neighborhood, offering healthy, inexpensive, fast food to its customers and donating its leftovers to its neighbor, the Boston Rescue Mission.
