and municipal relationships; and work closely with the DBA’s Operations and Economic Development

2025 DBA HOLIDAY MARKET PROGRAM: CALL TO PARTICIPATE

The Downtown Holiday Market is back! This year’s edition will be open Thursdays-Saturdays (weather permitting) from Friday, November 29 (“Black Friday”) through Sunday, December 21. It will be located on Summer Street Plaza (where our summertime Arts Market operates), with hours of 11 am-4 pm. All vendors will be curated by the DBA.

Our Holiday Market is an opportunity for artisans, crafters, and local creative talent to showcase and sell their wares during the holiday season in the vibrant heart of Boston. Situated at the hub of the MBTA transit system and surrounded by a vibrant restaurant scene, historic attractions, and a bustling business district, Summer Street Plaza and its immediate vicinity boasts the highest pedestrian traffic volumes in New England. What’s more, our entire Downtown district will be decorated for the holidays, with last year’s exceptionally popular giant (16-foot-tall) Nutcracker-themed animal sculptures once again adorning our area. Other weekend holiday festivities will include appearances by Santa, entertainment, and a holiday tour, with additional special events in the works.
