RFP: BOSTON COMMON ACTivation OPPORTUNITY

The City of Boston, via its Parks and Recreation Department, seeks an organization to procure, schedule, and manage fun & exciting daily programming in the Boston Common, specifically in the area surrounding the Brewer Fountain and Park Street MBTA station, from a date on or about Memorial Day weekend, through early/mid September 2025. Application deadline: 12 PM, May 8.

We are pleased to invite you local artists to participate in our 2025 Arts Market program. Operating in Downtown Crossing on Summer Street Plaza between Macy’s and Roche Bros., the Arts Market will open Thursdays-Fridays from May 1-October 24. Located in the heart of the city, the Arts Market is an opportunity for artisans, crafts people, and local creative talent to sell their wares during the spring, summer and early fall seasons in Downtown Boston. Situated at the hub of the transit system and featuring a robust restaurant scene, numerous historic & cultural attractions, and a bustling business district, Downtown Crossing boasts the highest pedestrian traffic levels in New England.
