Synergy and BUILD617 are partnering to provide rent-free space for at least a year. Build617 will select the early-stage AI startups, giving founders a place to work together and build their companies in Boston.
The bigger picture: Downtown has the space. Boston has the talent. And Synergy isn’t the only Downtown property owner making room for AI startups.
The Massachusetts AI Coalition and people like Cory Munchbach and Ryan Durkin are working to build on that momentum.
The pieces are already coming together. This could be just the start of a vibrant and thriving new tech ecosystem in the heart of Downtown.
