King’s Chapel Concert Series presents Handel’s oratorio “Solomon” on Sunday, March 22 at 5:00pm at historic King’s Chapel, Tremont and School Streets in Boston. Music Director Heinrich Christensen leads the chorus, soloists and orchestra in a work that tells the story of the biblical King Solomon as an ideal, wise, and peaceful ruler. Music by Handel was first performed at King’s Chapel on January 10, 1786. This concert is presented in memory of Jay R. Schochet.
