Love Art Sushi opened on Water Street in February 2021, an incredibly challenging moment for small businesses. Since then, owners Ron Liu and Jessica Chiep have continued adapting—expanding catering, pursuing private events, and finding new ways to reach customers as Downtown’s economy evolves.
Their landlord, Related Beal, has also stepped up with flexibility, shared data, new opportunities, and a commitment to keeping a locally owned business in the neighborhood.
