The best Boston business story (almost) no one is telling: DowntownCrossing is back! Today, it was a terrific article from Dana Gerber at Boston Globe Media on some serious momentum in Downtown’s retail market, from filling our two largest vacancies (with UNIQLO & TESO Group) but also forthcoming business openings by a large footwear company and multiple international restaurants. This came on the heels of news from a few weeks ago that Downtown Crossing and the Financial District are the Boston area’s fastest healing office district. The Downtown Boston Alliance service area has hit its stride and is looking forward to an extremely exciting 2026!
