Momentum builds momentum.
This summer has shown just a glimpse of what’s possible when policy meets opportunity. Downtown Boston has been alive, in some ways as never before – thank you, Tartan Army. We’ve seen record foot traffic on Temple Place – Downtown’s Restaurant Row – plus new businesses opening and streets buzzing with activity.
Now comes another major investment in Downtown’s future: two proposed residential towers on Bromfield Street that would bring more than 900 new apartments, including 180 affordable units. More residents mean more customers for local businesses, more vibrant and safer streets, and a stronger neighborhood year-round.
The future of Downtown Boston is taking shape—and it’s exciting to watch.
