Working late at night? Forgot your umbrella -- and now you need to walk outside in the rain? Downtown Boston BID Ambassadors are pleased to provide a walking escort to your destination--be it a bus, your spot inside a parking garage, a subway entrance, or any similar destination.

Just call the BID Customer Service Hotline at 617-261-0066. Please provide the Downtown Boston BID with at least 20 minutes advance notice--and make sure to have the BID Ambassador show you their BID identification badge.
