Meet Stylist Nathalie Fanfan at Boston Fashion Week's "What Would Coco Wear?"
Nathalie Fanfan was fashion-conscious from a very young age, and has always been the go-to person for family and friends for fashion tips and advice.
She is a talented freelance fashion stylist and personal shopper based in Boston, who is known for her eye for detail and ability to quickly create cohesive looks. Her natural ability to style and help people look amazing is the reason she turned her passion for fashion into a career.
Her impressive resume spans across industries and she’s styled for editorial, film, commercial, television, advertising, runway, photo shoots, lifestyle and fitness. Additionally, she’s appeared on WCVB’s Chronicle and has been dubbed CBS Boston’s Best Personal Stylist and Shopper!
In honor of Boston Fashion Week (9/23 - 9/30), Nathalie has given us her Top 3 Fashion Trends for Fall/Winter 2016!
1) The statement choker
2) Oversized hoodies
3) Statement fur outerwear
Nathalie is all about making a huge statement when walking into a room, while remaining comfortable. She says, “All three trends are great for the high-end fashion lover to the frugal fashionista.”
More adventurous shoppers can find one-of-a-kind oversized hoodies, fur, and faux fur at a thrift store or the family closet. DIYers can head over to their favorite fabric store, pick out a cool printed fabric, and create an awesome choker.
To see Nathalie in action, you can come to “What Would Coco Wear?”, an event showcasing the latest Parisian “It Girl” fashion for today. Nathalie, Terri Mahn of thestylistcloset, and Taylor Greeley from TEAM Artist Representative will be providing fall 2016 runway-worthy looks inside and outside on the red carpet at Roche Bobois. Celebrity hair stylist and salon owner Patrice Vinci and her team featuring makeup artist Nestor Cruz will provide the latest hair and makeup on the models. Peek behind-the-scenes as the stylists work their magic with models all wearing the latest trend in Athleisure from M.Gemi handcrafted footwear.
This event takes place on Sunday, September 25th from 1 to 3 pm at Roche Bobois on Avery Street. It is free, but tickets are limited!
