Taste of DTX: Great Places to Gather After Work in Downtown Crossing

The 2nd Annual Taste of Downtown Crossing is on Sunday, September 24th from 12-3 pm. The Taste is a celebration of diverse food, culture and entertainment. The event is gated on Avenue de Lafayette; patrons may purchase tickets online prior to the event for $25/person or at the event for $30/person. If you’re looking for a casual, backyard style cookout you need to check out Back Deck! Enjoy the friendly, stress-free environment with a side of fresh air after being cooped up all day.

  • The deck comfortably seats 50-70 people

  • They offer affordable cocktails, beer and wine

  • Here you’ll find some of the best charcoal-grilled grub around

  • The restaurant isn’t huge, but it is great for drinks and appetizers
